Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we begin processing within 1–3 business days. Some products may ship faster depending on the supplier. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and supplier workload.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is being processed, and a tracking number will be provided once the item has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
We work with multiple suppliers within the DSers network, and shipping times depend on the product and its warehouse location. Most orders are delivered within:

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days (varies by destination and product)

Please note: these are estimated delivery times. Unforeseen delays due to weather, customs, or carrier service disruptions may occur.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on most items across our store. In rare cases, a shipping fee may apply depending on the supplier or item weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Multiple Shipments
Since we source from a variety of suppliers through DSers, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each item will have its own tracking information, which we will provide via email.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. Our3Designs is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs processing.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at paul@our3designs.com.

Delays & Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us. We'll contact the supplier via DSers on your behalf and work toward a resolution.
